WRCIC 2015 Conference Registration
There are TWO ways to Register. All attendees must complete and submit a Registration Form to receive a name badge and a listing in the Registration Directory. You can register online or by mail/fax by using this form.

|SPEAKERS – $300 (Reduced conference fee for speakers)
|SPOUSE/GUESTS - $100 (This social pass will allow your guest to attend all social functions except golf)|
|DOMICILE REGULATORS OR DOI STAFF – No Charge (up to 2)|
WRCIC Golf Tournament – $150 (begins at 9am on Monday, May 11th and includes greens fees, practice balls, golf carts, event fees and tax)
Mulligans: $10 for 1, $25 for 3 (benefits ICCIE)
|inBev Busch Brewery and MO History Museum Tour – $25 (includes two tours, free samples, and transportation to and from venues)|
|Tour and Dinner at Cardinals Stadium – on May 12, 2015 - $75 (includes dinner and transportation to and from the stadium)|
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be in writing to the WRCIC office and must be received on or before April 15, 2015 to receive a refund of up to 75% of the total registration fee. Cancellations received after that date will not qualify for a refund. Substitutions are possible upon request.
If you are an Exhibitor, use the Sponsor/Exhibitor online registration form to select and reserve your table. Exhibitors and Sponsors may use the Printer-Friendly version of the Registration Form and fax your form to the WRCIC Office marking the form "Exhibitor" or "Sponsor."
