DEFINITIONS
Captive Owner/Risk Manager

Individual whose primary job duties are as a risk manager and/or owner of a captive insurance company or risk retention group. Corporate Service Providers with their own captive do not qualify.

Corporate Service Provider

Individual who provide business services to captive insurance companies, risk retention groups or the designated representative of a captive owner.

Member

Individual who maintains a current membership with either the Arizona Captive Insurance Association (AzCIA), Missouri Captive Insurance Association (MOCIA), Nevada Captive Insurance Council (NVCIC), or Utah Captive Insurance Association (UCIA).
 

REGISTRATION FAQs
What is included in my registration?

There are (4) Full Conference registrations - 1) Captive Owner/Captive Manager/Risk Manager, 2) Corporate Service Provider,

3) Group Registration, 4) Regulator. These registrations include the following:

  • Day 1

    • Captive 101 Session

    • Welcome Reception & Exhibits 

  • Day 2

    • Access in to all the conference sessions & exhibits

    • Breakfast and Lunch 

    • Happy Hour

  • Day 3

    • Access in to all the conference sessions & exhibits

    • Breakfast

Can I register more than one person from the same company?


Yes, you have the option to register multiple people from the same company. Once you have entered the first Attendee’s Information, click the “ADD ANOTHER REGISTRANT” button. This will enable you to pay for multiple registrants upon checkout. If you are registering five or more people from the same company use choose the “Group Registration” option to save. 


Is my registration transferrable? Can I update my registration information?
 

Yes, to update or transfer your registration please contact us.

The name on the registration doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?


No, please contact us so we can update our records ahead of time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy


Request for refunds must be received in writing at WRCIC Headquarters at least two (2) weeks prior to the first day of the event for a full refund. No refunds will be issued if written notice is received within the two (2) weeks prior to the first day of the event. Substitutions are encouraged.
